Grow vegetables in buckets with nutrient solution with pvc pipe with holes and waterproof black tarp and plastic cups or cutoff bottle tops functioning as netcups. Or drill 2 holes in the pvc pipe, place 2 plastic strips through it and put the vegetable on it.

Pvc grow tube with plastic bottles with soil for herbs. Cut, saw and heat/melt bend the pvc pipe and place the bottles in the pvc pipe. under it, a bucket to collect drainage water.

Use buckets, krates and tarp. Cut the crates in perfect size to cover the buckets.
